Ford GT

V6 Hardcore Supercar

One of the ludicrous models tossed out to the public by Ford Company is the Ford GT. A hardcore track-focused car which had debuted in the legendary movie "Ford Vs Ferrari". This is the redesigned newly launched model with a complete makeover and increased horsepower and torque. This model line up had truly established Ford's name in the market and embossed their print on the track. The price tag on this Marvelous vehicle is marked at $500,000 (1.8 Million Dhs).

The 2020 Ford GT is completely an aero focused with all active vents for air to flow easily through and around the car. Its super-slick through the wind tunnel. The exterior structure is similar to the classic GT but then added beneficiary vents for better aerodynamic, less drag and a huge amount of downforce. Under the hood, it rocks a powerful 3.5 Litre Twin-Turbocharged V6 spilling 660 Hp and 550 lb-ft of torque. These numbers might not sound impressive, but the weight brings justice. It weighs just under 1,385 kg. This is amazing compared to other track-focused cars. The body panel is crafted from lightweight carbon fibre and aluminium for better structural integrity and less weight.

The Ford GT is a complete aero focused car with slits which allow for better airflow and create a high amount of downforce by the huge modular wing on the rear. The front is super slick which helps the car to slide through the air with creating a bare minimum disturbance. Moving through the sides, the doors are designed with curves and proper functional slits. The door mirrors are also placed far away from the door in the front half of the car installed on a horizontal pillar.

Now we reach the rear end of this magnificent vehicle. You are greeted with the amazing signature tail lights of the Ford GT. These are modified for better airflow by making them hollow from the centre. Between the taillights are the harmony creator (Aka Exhaust pipes). This is the new approach taken by all supercar manufacturers by installing the exhaust pipes above the number plate and the centre of the rear end for better dispersion of gases and better display of those flames.

The features of the rear end don't finish there but this is just 50% of the amazing features. The aggressive diffuser of the bottom is one of the biggest found in any supercar. to accompany that rear diffuser is the huge modular installed on the top which adjusts according to the speed of the car for increasing downforce on-road and helps when breaking. This unreal car is fitted with carbon-ceramic brakes for stopping this kind of glorious power horse. The set of tires fitted are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires for better traction on road and track.

The interior is a whole different story. It seems the designers at Ford just kept the interior as an afterthought. The interior is so cramped and tight. You will be shocked to hear out that there is no interior storage on this car. It is shaped as a cockpit for an immersive driving.
